Damages or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us immediately at fgbastore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval status. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
