Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped you can expect delivery within 7-12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time. Please allow 2-3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment please contact us at fgbastore@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us within 7 days at fgbastore@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
